1. Opening Address by President
2. To confirm the Minutes of the 57th AGM held on 24 March 2023
3. To discuss any matters arising from the Minutes of the 57th AGM
4. To receive and adopt the 57th Annual Report of the Executive Council for the period 25 March 2023 to 25 March 2024
5. To receive and adopt the Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 as certified by the auditors
6. Re-appoint auditor for FY2024
7. To consider and adopt the proposed changes to the by-laws of the Constitution as per Appendix A​.
8. To transact any other matter of which notice in writing has been given to the Honorary Secretary at least seven consecutive days before the meeting.
