The SHRI HR Hackathon 2024 is back for its 6th edition! This interactive annual event aspires to bring established HR leaders in innovation and development and young HR leaders of tomorrow together. Participating teams with their balloted challenge statements, will be encapsulated to a month-long preparatory training and mentoring sessions on design thinking skills, leading to their presentation showcase on 15th May 2024.

Skill-Based Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Upskilling, and Reskilling have emerged as pivotal themes shaping the future of HR practices.

This year's event, themed Navigating the Future Capital, invites students to explore and hack the pressing workforce challenges presented by forward-thinking sponsoring companies. The focus will be on addressing the intricacies of Skill-Based Hiring, optimizing Talent Acquisition processes, and developing effective Upskilling and Reskilling initiatives.
