The so-called "Great Resignation" of employees from the workforce in the past two years is not just a labour trend. It is a more significant social movement driven by rapid technological change, the pandemic, and a shift in collective priorities that challenges values and beliefs about work. The young generation and new professionals are arriving at work with different expectations than previous generations as workers of all demographics struggle to navigate the constant changes to work environments associated with and post the pandemic.

The change has led to mass resignations from jobs as people seek more stability elsewhere. As companies look to attract and retain top talent, workers have a better opportunity to negotiate their benefits, salaries, and working conditions strategically. So how can organisations remain a step ahead of competitors in the war for talent on a global scale?

Join us in SHRI's #SocialHR Seminar Series: "The War for Talent - Restructuring Strategies to Attract & Retain Talent" in collaboration with e2i, as we invite experts to share what it takes to meet the new shift in career aspirations of job seekers and critical insights into attracting and retaining talent.
