Individual Income Tax

In addition, the subscription fee paid to a professional body or society for professional updates, knowledge and networking qualifies for tax deduction (as employment expense)​ against employment income. In this regard, a SHRI member would be able to claim a tax deduction in respect of the SHRI subscription fee incurred for the year against his/her employment income in his/her income tax return next year.
